A. Any person violating any of the provisions of Section 12.40.010 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00), or by imprisonment in the city jail not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

B. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of Section 12.40.020 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than five dollars ($5.00), nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), together with the costs of the prosecution, and shall be committed to the city jail until such fine and costs are paid.

C. Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of Sections 12.40.030 or 12.40.040 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), by thirty (30) days imprisonment in the city jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
