It is unlawful for any person to ride any bicycle, tricycle, motorcycle or vehicle of similar character upon the sidewalk or any of the approaches of the bridge of the Oregon-Washington Railroad & Navigation Company across the Chehalis River, extended from H Street to Mill Street.
