A. Any property within the city of Aberdeen which is a chronic nuisance property is in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies;

B. Owners and other persons in charge who permit property to be a chronic nuisance property shall be in violation of this chapter and subject to its remedies; and

C. An owner who fails to comply with Section 8.10.050 is in violation of this chapter and is subject to penalties pursuant to Section 8.10.070.
