3.52.090 Application and loan fees.
The city shall require the following fees for its activities in accordance with the provisions of this chapter:
A. A nonrefundable application fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for each application at the time of submittal;
B. A late fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for payment received ten (10) days after the due date established by the committee through the provisions of Section 3.52.100.
Prior to the adoption of 6364 on 07/28/2004, Section 3.52.090 read as follows.
The city shall require the following fees for its activities in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance:
A. A nonrefundable fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be charged for each application at the time of submittal;
B. A fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for loan processing and service shall be deducted from the total principal for any loan extended by the committee;
C. A late fee of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be charged for payment received ten days after the due date established by the committee through the provisions of Section 3.52.100. (Prior code § 1.25.075)
