The members shall elect a chairman and a vice-chairman from its members who shall hold office for one year. The board shall hold a regular meeting on the first Tuesday of each month at the hour of 6:30 p.m. at Aberdeen City Hall. If the regularly scheduled meeting falls on a holiday the meeting shall be held on the next following business day. A majority of the membership of the board shall constitute a quorum.
