The Community Service Center Board is charged with the responsibility of maintaining and operating the Aberdeen Community Service Center. The Board shall establish rents and user fees and administer the same. The Board has the power to enter into lease and use agreements of less than 30 days duration and shall recommend action to the city council on leases or use agreements of more than 30 days duration. The Board may expend only such moneys as may be appropriated by the city council and only upon the authorization of the city council.
