There is created a revolving fund in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) to be used solely for the purpose of paying expenses related to recreational programs of the parks and recreation department. The revolving fund will be maintained in a bank as a checking account and payments shall be made by check from that account. No check shall exceed the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). The fund will be replenished by a warrant drawn on the recreational sports fund. This fund shall be maintained by the finance director.
