2.28.030 Discharge of prisoner by completion of sufficient labor to complete sentence or to pay fines and costs.

The chief of police shall certify to the municipal court the number of days' labor performed by the persons imprisoned and when sufficient labor has been performed to complete the sentence or to pay the fines and costs at the rates herein provided, the municipal court shall issue an order discharging the prisoner.
