17.72.130 Time limitation on development under special use or unclassified use permit.

A special use permit or unclassified use permit shall become null and void if not exercised within the time limit specified in the permit or, if no time limit is specified, within three years of the date of approval by the city council or the date of the final resolution of any appeals, whichever is later.
