17.16.020 Permitted uses.

In the R-M district, the following uses are permitted subject to the provisions of Chapter 17.56:
A. Duplexes and townhomes;
B. Multiple-family dwellings;
C. Single-family dwellings;
D. Home day care and mini day care;
E. Mobile homes.
