15.36.020 Conflict of provisions.
In any instance where this chapter requires an equal, higher, or better standard of construction and an equal, higher, or better standard of materials, devices, appliances, and equipment than that required by codes adopted by reference in WAC 296-46B-010, the terms of this chapter shall govern. In all other cases where the provisions of this chapter conflict with a provision of chapter 296-46B WAC, as adopted by reference herein, the terms of chapter 296-46B WAC shall govern.
