13.56.600 Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

Prior to the adoption of 6497 on 03/24/2010, Section 13.56.600 read as follows.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine in any sum not exceeding one hundred dollars ($100.00), or imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty (30) days or be both so fined and imprisoned.
