Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not to exceed $1,000 or by imprisonment in jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
