Following the revocation of any permit issued by the city, if the permittee remains in possession of a lawfully acquired stock of fireworks, such fireworks may be sold only under the supervision of the chief of the fire department and of the chief of the Washington State Patrol, through the director of fire protection, and only to such persons who are authorized to buy, possess, sell or otherwise use such fireworks.
