5.16.030 Aisles to be clear during public performance.

The owner, manager, or person in charge of any theater, moving picture show or other place of public entertainment, within the city of Aberdeen, shall allow or permit any person, excepting employees, to stand in any aisle in any theater, moving picture show or other place of public entertainment during any public performance.
