Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), or more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in the city jail for a term not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
