An applicant or licensee shall amend their application form whenever conditions change so that the information on the form remains current. All changes or updates to the application, except a change in ownership, may be made without further license fee. The license holder shall be required to return their business license to the director, provide the updated information, and a new business license shall be issued. Changes that may be made under this section include but are not limited to changes in: (1) business location, (2) business name, or (3) mailing address.
