The provisions of this chapter are an exercise of the power of the city of Aberdeen to authorize and impose a gambling tax on bingo, raffles, amusement games, pull-tabs, punchboards, and card games, pursuant to the rules and regulations promulgated by the Gambling Commission of the State of Washington, and by the laws, rules and regulations of the city of Aberdeen.
