Vacancies occurring other than through the expiration of terms shall be filled for unexpired terms pursuant to the appointment procedure in Section 3.52.040. Members may be removed for cause by the city council. Unexcused absences from three consecutive meetings shall constitute cause for removal of a member from the revolving loan fund committee.
