A. Claims and judgments amounting to less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and all adjustment, investigation, administration, and litigation expenses may be paid upon the approval of the Finance Committee with the consultation with the city attorney and the department head from which the claim arises.

B. Claims and judgments in excess of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) may be paid upon resolution of the Aberdeen City Council.
