A. For certified documents, two dollars ($2.00) for the first page and fifty cents ($0.50) for every page thereafter.

B. For making a copy of any uncertified document filed in the office, a charge of fifteen cents ($.15) per page. Provided, however, that no charge shall be made for the certification of documents furnished to the state of Washington or to any municipal corporation of the state of Washington, for public use.
