Applications for the purchase of property held in trust by the city of Aberdeen for the benefit of local improvement districts, the title to which has been acquired by the city from Grays Harbor County by tax deed, shall be made to the city treasurer. The city treasurer shall report said application to the city council at the next regular meeting of the city council, giving the legal description of said property and the amount of local improvement district assessments outstanding and unpaid against said property, the number of each district effected, and the amount paid to Grays Harbor County for said property.
