The city of Aberdeen does authorize and direct that the foreclosure of all delinquent local improvement district assessments, or installment or installments thereof, may be conducted, and the mode of procedure therefore shall be, as provided by RCW Sections 35.50.220—35.50.270, inclusive; and that such procedure shall be in lieu of the code of procedure prescribed by RCW Sections 35.50.030 to 35.50.210, inclusive.
