The city of Aberdeen agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless its employees, officers, elected officials, and members of its boards and commissions from any civil liability for acts or omissions arising from the performance in good faith and without malice of the individual's duties as an employee, officer, elected official or board or commission member of the city of Aberdeen.
