Any order of the commission sitting as a board of appeals shall be final and conclusive unless, within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of the order, a petition for review is filed in superior court.

Prior to the adoption of 6367 on 09/22/2004, Section 2.32.090 read as follows.

Any order of the commission sitting as a board of appeals shall be final and conclusive unless, within ten days from the date of the order, the original applicant, the city, or an adverse party makes application to the superior court of Grays Harbor County for a writ of certiorari, a writ of prohibition, or a writ of mandamus.
