A. If required, public notice of the date, time and place of the public hearing shall be given in the manner provided by the law under which the hearing is being held.

B. In the event a hearing is continued or postponed, notice shall be given of the date, time and place to which the hearing shall be continued or postponed, either by causing further notice to be published or by publicly announcing such postponement or continuance at the date, time and place set in the original notice.
