There is created a revolving fund to be used solely for the purpose of paying restitution ordered by the judge of the Aberdeen Municipal Court. The fund will be maintained in a bank as a checking account. Defendants ordered to pay restitution will be required to make payments which shall be deposited into the account and payment to victims shall be by check from the account. This fund will be maintained by the Aberdeen Municipal Court.
