The corrections department shall establish policies and procedures for implementation of the programs authorized in this chapter. The policies and procedures may establish fees for participation based on the cost of administering the program and may provide for consequences, including but not limited to loss of good time credit, for an inmate who does not comply with behavioral requirements and rules of a program.
