A. Plan, design and initiate all traffic-related improvements dealing with signalizing, signing, markings and other services;

B. Investigate, report and recommend on City Council referred traffic problems;

C. Assist the chief of police, city electrician, street superintendent in all matters relating to the installation, operation and updating of traffic controls.
