17.72.190 Existing surface excavations to obtain an unclassified use permit within two years of adoption of this title.

Except for those surface excavations exempted in Section 17.72.170, all existing surface excavations within the city of Aberdeen shall obtain an unclassified use permit in compliance with this chapter or cease operations within two years of the effective date of this title. Any surface excavations ceasing operation shall comply with any reclamation requirements applicable to development.
