17.52.110 Review criteria for planned developments.
This section is included in your selections.
Planned developments shall be evaluated in accordance with the following criteria:
A. Compliance with the policies of the comprehensive development plan and the requirements of this chapter.
B. Compatibility of the proposed planned development with other allowed uses within the vicinity.
The hearing examiner may require such conditions and improvements as are necessary to ensure the review criteria are satisfied.
