17.48.030 Conditional uses.

The following uses are allowed within the I district subject to the applicable provisions of this title and by obtaining a conditional use permit as provided in Chapter 17.68:
A. Industrial or manufacturing activities;
B. Public and semi-public uses;
C. Adult entertainment establishments;
D. Child care facilities.
