All new development in the W-D district shall be required to construct a sidewalk along all lot lines adjacent to city streets. If existing sidewalks are deemed acceptable by the city engineer, new sidewalks need not be constructed. Public access shall be as required by the Grays Harbor Estuary Plan and the city of Aberdeen Shoreline Master Program.
