17.40.050 Minimum lot size and density.

A. Density: twenty-nine (29) units per acre or one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet per unit.
B. Minimum lot width: fifty (50) feet.
C. Minimum lot size: five thousand (5,000) square feet.
