17.40.030 Conditional uses.

The following uses are allowed within the W-D district subject to the applicable provisions of this title and by obtaining a conditional use permit as provided in Chapter 17.68:
A. Shipping and trucking terminals;
B. Commercial parking lots and structures;
C. Laboratories and research facilities;
D. Kennels and animal hospitals with outside runs.
