The purpose of the C-D district is to promote the continued development and revitalization of downtown Aberdeen. The area design standards are intended to facilitate continued redevelopment and retain the desirable, unique characteristics of downtown including the compact development pattern, the pedestrian orientation, and the variety and character of downtown buildings.
