B. Minimum front yard: ten feet.

C. Minimum side yard: five feet.

D. Minimum rear yard: five feet.

E. For lots with an average slope of greater than one foot vertical in seven feet of horizontal distance, the height limit may be increased up to ten feet.

F. The distance between on-site buildings shall not be less than six feet.
