17.28.060 Minimum lot size and density.

In the C-R district:
A. Minimum lot size: five thousand (5,000) square feet.
B. Density: twenty-nine (29) units per acre or one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet per unit.
C. Minimum lot width: fifty (50) feet.
