17.20.060 Minimum lot size and density.

A. Minimum lot size. five thousand (5,000) square feet.
B. Density. twenty-nine (29) units per acre or one thousand five hundred (1,500) square feet per unit.
C. Minimum lot width. fifty (50) feet.
