17.12.070 Building height.

In the RS district:
A. Maximum building height. thirty-five (35) feet, except as provided in Section 17.12.090(E)(2).
B. Accessory buildings. one story or twenty (20) feet in height.
C. The average elevation of finished top of the railing for nonroofed decks and landings more than six feet above the average elevation of the finished grade shall comply with Section 17.12.090.
