A. Purpose of Chapter. Regulations to insure a suitable living environment for owners of mobile homes are adopted and established as necessary for the general health, safety, welfare and convenience of the inhabitants of the city of Aberdeen.

B. Name of Chapter. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as "The Mobile Home Park Ordinance."
