A. No consumer fireworks shall be sold or offered for sale at retail within the city except from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on each day from the first of July through the fourth of July of each year.

B. No consumer fireworks shall be discharged without a permit within the city except between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight on the fourth of July.
