13.60.050 Industrial water for commercial purposes.

The rates for water charged for users of industrial water for commercial purposes shall be individually contracted for with the city.
Prior to the adoption of 6351 on 02/25/2004, Section 13.60.050 read as follows.
Beginning January 1st, 1998, the rate charged for users of domestic water outside the corporate limits of the city shall be fifteen (15) percent higher than the rates scheduled in Section 13.60.020; provided, however, that existing contract rights shall not be affected hereby.
