In addition to the city police department, the officials and employees of the city water department, the Grays Harbor County Sheriff and his deputies, and the officers of the Washington State Game Department are authorized to enforce all the terms and provisions of this chapter and are further authorized to arrest, with or without a warrant of arrest, any person violating this chapter.
