12.52.010 Ten year maintenance program.

Within one month after the adoption of the annual budget, the city engineer and the street committee shall prepare and submit to the city council a schedule for the maintenance of existing streets and sidewalks which, upon adoption by the city council, shall serve as a guide for such maintenance for the ensuing year and as a guide for the budgeting for such maintenance for the succeeding year.
