12.28.090 Barriers required between sidewalk and vehicle parking areas on private property.

Whenever any area on private property is used for the purpose of parking automobiles, trucks or other vehicles, whether for the sale of such vehicles, public parking, or for other reasons, adequate barriers shall be provided to prevent the parking of vehicles in such a manner that they overhang the sidewalk. Such barriers shall be constructed as directed by the city engineer.
