It is a goal of the city of Aberdeen to foster partnerships with all Washington State transportation funding agencies including the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), the Federal Highway Administration, Grays Harbor County, Aberdeen School District, citizens, businesses, interest groups, neighborhoods, and any funding agency to implement this chapter.
