A. It is unlawful to stand or park any vehicle upon any street or alley in such a manner or under such circumstances as to leave available less than ten feet of the width of the street or alley for free movement of vehicular traffic, except where such stops are necessary in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals; or in obedience to the direction of a police officer.

B. It is unlawful to double park any vehicle on any street or alley within the city of Aberdeen.

C. It is unlawful to park any motor vehicle in an alley in the commercial or industrial zones of the city of Aberdeen except for the purpose of loading or unloading such vehicle at which time the vehicle must be attended by the operator of the same.
