Each motorized foot scooter operated within the city limits shall comply with all the provisions of this chapter and chapter 10.04 (Model Traffic Ordinance) applicable to pedestrians and bicycles, including but not limited to obeying the instructions of official traffic-control signals, signs and other traffic control devices, except as to those provisions which by their nature can have no application.
