CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 11.
This amendment is included in your selections.
Section 12, of the Aberdeen City Charter shall be amended to read as follows:
Section 12. Officers Shall Not Be Interested In Contracts.
The laws of the State of Washington forbidding the transaction of business by municipal officers in conflict with the proper performance of their duties in the public interest shall apply to municipal officers of the City of Aberdeen.
